Troublesome Triangle

Help, I am trapped in the Bermuda Triangle!

Just kidding. I am nowhere near the Bermuda Triangle, but a triangle is certainly troubling me.

My math teacher did not inflict this misery on me. It was my bespectacled friend Ashish. He loves solving math puzzles, which is perfectly fine—except that he has a habit of pulling one out of his pocket and demanding that we solve it on the spot.

The problem he sprung on me ran was only a few lines long, yet it was enough to plunge me into darkness.

"Hi there," he said. "I have a triangle. The perimeter—the sum of the sides of the triangle—is 40 cm. The area of the triangle is 60 sq. cm. Find the lengths of the sides."

As a hint, he added that the side lengths are integers.

"Positive or negative?" I asked.

"Dummy, lengths have to be positive."

Your challenge: Can you find the lengths of the three sides of the triangle?
